| CRT (Cascade Relief Team) Originally created for transport of animals in fire evacuations, CRT has been instrumental in keeping cleanup going in Otis – and all over the state of Oregon. Here, however, where CRT first made its largest impact, they continue to support the Salmon River Grange, providing material and economic support.
